Driven by Curiosity and Impact
Hungry for greater product impact, I poured my journalism skills and experience into UX research and fell in love with user-centric design. I believe it’s never too early to learn about your users, and great design meets user, customer, and business needs.
I create personas, journey maps, ecosystem maps, product roadmaps, and user story design tools. I excel in working with cross-functional collaborators for insight implementation.

- Card sorting, information architecture
- Comparative/competitive analysis
Problem Solving, Testing, and Iterating
- A/B and multivariate testing
- Heuristic analysis, expert reviews

- Desirability studies (qualitative and quantitative)
- Usability studies (qualitative and quantitative)
5 Years of Research Expertise
For over 5 years I have been conducting qualitative research, discovering insights, and communicating impact. Additionally, I enjoy triangulating qualitative insights with quantitative research data for validity.
I create personas, journey maps, ecosystem maps, product roadmaps, and job story design tools. I excel at working with agile, cross-functional collaborators for discovery and evaluative research implementation.

Always Learning and Growing
Outside of UX research, design, and writing, I enjoy training my brain with non-fiction reading. The books, “Getting Things Done” by David Allen and “Flow” by Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi inspired one of my first projects: a habit-building app.
I also enjoy training my body by competing in obstacle races or practicing acro yoga. Currently preparing for a Spartan obstacle race in Chicago! Follow my San Francisco running and cycling activity on Strava
